About Tiny Minds World
Nurturing curiosity, one tiny mind at a time.
What Tiny Minds World is
Tiny Minds World is a parenting and self-help publication for engaged, growth-oriented parents — a resource hub for the years that shape everything. Our writing covers early childhood development, parenting strategies, developmental milestones, and the day-to-day questions that don't have neat answers but deserve thoughtful ones.
We follow children from pregnancy through age 12, organised by stage so you can find what's useful right now: pregnancy & newborn, infant, toddler, preschool, early school-age, tween, and teen.
What You'll Find Here
- Practical, evidence-based articles on parenting tips, developmental milestones, child health, and the quiet questions parents actually Google at 2 a.m.
- A curated shop of books, toys, and tools we'd hand to a friend — chosen for usefulness, not commission.
- For The Parent — a dedicated track on mental health, postpartum recovery, work-life balance, relationships, and the daily rhythms that hold a family together. You can't pour from an empty cup.
- Surprise Me — a discovery wall for parents who want a serendipitous read rather than a directed search.
Who Writes Here
We're parents first, writers second. Every article is researched against current developmental science, then sanity-checked against actually having kids in the house — the kind who hide vegetables in things and lose at Uno on purpose. We cite pediatricians, child psychologists, and peer-reviewed research where it matters, and we say "we don't know yet" when that's the honest answer.
We don't run sponsored editorial. We don't take payment for product placement. Brands cannot buy a recommendation, a kind review, or a higher ranking.
What We Believe
- Curiosity is the foundation. Childhood works best when children are trusted to wonder.
- Parenting is a skill, not a personality. It can be learned, practiced, and improved — at any age, from any starting point.
- Evidence over opinion. Where the research is clear, we follow it. Where it isn't, we say so.
- Honesty over hype. No miracle products. No "this one trick" headlines. No fear-marketing.
- Parents need care too. A well-resourced parent is the best resource a child can have.
What We Don't Do
- We don't sell your data. (See our Privacy Policy.)
- We don't run intrusive pop-up ads.
- We don't pretend to replace your pediatrician, therapist, or instincts. We're a companion to those conversations, not a substitute.
- We don't moralise about how families "should" look. We write for partnered parents, single parents, step-parents, grandparents raising grandchildren, adoptive parents, and anyone else doing the work.
